Prepare the Package
Securely pack the water cooler or filtration system in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
